• Crystal Palace fell to a 3-1 loss at Chelsea last week to extend their winless run to six matches. The Eagles now sit just two points above the relegation zone and desperately need a turnaround in fortunes to increase their chances of beating the drop.
• Tottenham left it late to beat PSV in midweek and that should boost morale ahead of a banana skin trip to Crystal Palace. Spurs, though, have won four of their last five visits to Selhurst Park, and have come away victorious in their last three, and having won six of seven away league matches this season, should be confident of adding another three points.
• Spurs needed a late Harry Kane goal to win this match last season, but it should be a more comfortable victory for the north London side in this London derby.
