Copa America – Combo Tips ( WON )

• Venezuela tend to switch between a 4-5-1 and 4-3-3 formation depending on the calibre of opposition they are facing. Expect the latter system against Peru.
• As there is only room for one striker in the starting XI, Atlanta United striker Josef Martinez will have to settle for a place of the bench with Salomon Rondon preferred.
• After a confidence-boosting 3-0 win over USA in the build up to the Copa America, Rafael Dudamel would be wise to stick with the bulk of the same XI.

• Veteran forward Jefferson Farfán is in the Peru squad but is not a first-team regular and may start the first match on the bench. 35-year-old Paolo Guerrero will, however, lead the line for Peru.

• Marcos Acuna will compete for the left-back spot with Nicolas Tagliafico, while Guido Rodriguez and Matias Suarez have also been somewhat surprising inclusions in recent lineups.
