• Phil Bardsley is a doubt with a thigh problem and will hope to be part of the squad for Sunday’s clash.
• Dyche could name the same XI from the 2-2 draw at Chelsea.

• Kevin De Bruyne missed the Manchester Derby with a thigh problem and is set to sit out the trip to Turf Moor, while Claudio Bravo again misses out.
• Fernandinho is set to miss out against Burnley and his season may be over due to a knee injury sustained against Manchester United. With Ilkay Gundogan also a doubt, John Stones may be required in a defensive midfield position on Sunday.

• A 2-2 draw at Chelsea means Burnley are unbeaten in their last four, winning three. The Clarets, though, have not lost only one of their last six meetings with Manchester City, and were twice defeated 5-0 at the Etihad Stadium this season.
• City have faltered on their trips to Turf Moor in the past, however, having won only one of their last three visits to Burnley. They have won their last 11 league matches and need to continue winning in order to keep pace at the top of the table
• Burnley will do all they can to throw a spanner in the works of City’s title push, but the visitors should secure a 12th successive league win.
